I had a great experience with Onetile. To start with the website is truly user-friendly, but the real added value is the service. Stefano was quick and clear in all the communications. I received gorgeous tiles (the Via Appia collection is simply amazing!) and upfront also samples to match with other materials in the house.
I can recommend it to anyone who is looking for quality products and services.

Die Lieferung und der Kontakt erfolgte unkompliziert. Man sollte etwas Geduld wegen der Lieferzeit mitbringen. Aber ansonsten läuft alles sehr gut. Ware kam unbeschädigt an.

Quick efficient service at an excellent discount. Damon from Onetile was responsive to all my questions. The Tiles came from Italy to Scotland in 4 weeks which I thought was very quick when my local store suggested more than 6 weeks.

We are currently completing a whole house renovation and so have lots of experience with service providers - OneTile are a cut above the rest. They are responsive (including over public holidays) and extremely helpful.

Their prices are brilliant (quite literally a fifth of the price of the same tiles in a shop in West London) and the tiles arrived in perfect condition and on time. I recommend this business extremely highly to anyone who needs tiles.

My review is linked to onetile.it for some reason but I dealt with onetile.co.uk (which I assume is the same company)!

Rien à redire, Veronica a été une très bonne conseillère et très à l'écoute. La livraison s'est très bien passé et le carrelage reçu correspond exactement à ce que nous voulions. Je recommande Onetile et je remercie encore une fois Veronica pour son travail, irréprochable.

I’m so pleased with our beautiful tiles. The staff were great and delivery only took two weeks. We’re absolutely thrilled. Couldn’t recommend more! Bank transfer no problem either (after I’d scared myself it could be a bogus company). Highly commended 🌟

Entre l'offre, le prix, la réactivité, la qualité de l'emballage de la livraison, le suivi SAV de l'équipe OneTile en cas de casse partielle, ce qui fût mon cas, je n'ai rien à redire. Je ferai de nouveau appel à leur service sans aucun doute.
