Vi har købt fliser gennem Onetile, og er meget glade for det færdige resultat. Matteo har ydet super service, både inden, under og som opfølgning efter købet. Hermed de varmeste anbefalinger. På trods af omkostninger til fragt, opnåede vi en stor besparelse i forhold til at købe dem i Danmark.

Ordered tiles from Matteo recently. We were a little nervous due to the distance - he was based in Italy whilst we were in the UK and weren’t sure how smoothly it would go. Turned out to be an excellent experience and i couldn’t recommend him enough! He was proactive at each step, easy to reach, ensuring we knew when to expect delivery etc and checked that we were happy once the tiles were received- very competitive prices too!

Excellent price and service! I ordered tiles Lea Ceramiche, collection Nest, and after I got tens of price offers from different retailers in Italy and Croatia, the Onetile's was the best. Also very good communication, a quick response to all questions in the same day. I recommend! :)

Site très intéressant si vous cherchez du carrelage de qualité à prix très compétitif... je n ai pas trouvé de tarif concurrentiel...
Un service client toujours disponible et réactif, seul inconvénient les discussions se font en italien ou anglais ( pas de français) mais tout se règle parfaitement, de l’aide au choix en passant par les conseils techniques jusqu’à la livraison .. le choix de la date de livraison est possible et a été respectée avec contact téléphonique préalable. L’ensemble de la marchandise est arrivée sans encombre, aucune casse et qualité top ( tous les lots sont bien du même bain ..
Il ne faut pas hésiter si on veux faire quelques économies ( 60% de réduction, livraison comprise, par rapport au prix chez le revendeur local) ou avoir un carrelage haut de game pour le prix d’un carrelage courant..)
